Easy Recruit provides a recruitment platform connecting employers and job seekers through subscription-based services, including job postings, applications, candidate shortlisting, and AI-powered tools. Some features are free; others require payment as per the published rate card.
Subscriptions fees for job seekers and employers are clearly stated on the platform. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of services.
Easy Recruit is committed to protecting your privacy. We use encryption and security measures to safeguard your data. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or with your explicit consent.
Users agree not to:
Post false, misleading, or harmful information.
Violate the rights of others or share confidential candidate information without consent.
Use the platform for unlawful purposes or spam.
Advertise recruitment outside Easy Recruit except for announcing successful hires through our platform.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on Easy Recruit are owned by Mlatho Systems Limited or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Easy Recruit is a facilitator connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee job offers, employment, or candidate suitability. Users agree to use the platform at their own risk. Mlatho Systems Limited is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform.
Easy Recruit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malawian courts.
